About Us

Dick and Jeannine Landes have been residents of the Upper Perkiomen Valley in Pennsylvania since 1970 — it’s also where they raised their family in the community. Dick has been in the diesel repair industry since the 70s and they opened their business, JD Equipment, in Pennsburg in 1983. Kevin joined the business upon completion of his certificate at Pennsylvania School of Technology in 1994. Wendy joined the business as an office manager in 2015.

Since the beginning, JD Equipment has diligently provided outstanding service to their customers. Our goals of honesty, integrity, and pride in a job well done have always been our #1 priority.

We are in business because we enjoy finding solutions to our customers’ problems — whether it’s finding the right skid-steer loader to save hours or even days on a project, or providing a quality reconditioned dozer, backhoe, or excavator. We are here to serve you, and we keep your equipment up and running with hydraulic hose assemblies, adapters, filters, hydraulic oil, and whatever else needs fixing.
